This Sunday, Pastor Keith will lead us through 1 Peter 1:13-25, where Peter calls us to reset our minds daily by remembering who we are in Christ. When our minds are fixed on Jesus, shaped by His holiness, and anchored in His Word, we can live with confidence no matter what comes our way.

As you prepare for Sunday, take a few moments to read 1 Peter 1 and reflect: What’s shaping my mindset most these days—my circumstances, my emotions, or the truth of who I am in Christ?

21 Days of Prayer & Fasting

March 30 - April 19

Join us for 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting as we seek God together — preparing our hearts for resurrection joy. Our goal is for at least 100 people to commit to this journey. Imagine the impact if we all sought God together!

What to expect:

  1. Week One (March 30-April 5): Seek God personally — set aside one hour a day to be with Him, using the 21-day guide.

  2. Week Two (April 6-12): Pray together — Life Groups will gather for a focused hour of prayer on Sunday or Wednesday.

  3. Week Three (April 13-19): Pray as a church — join us for daily prayer & worship at 6 AM during Holy Week (in person or online).

Bible Buddies for Kids are Back!

Adopt a Bible Buddy on Sunday, March 16!

Stop by the preschool hallway before Life Groups or the atrium after worship to choose a stuffed animal for your child. Each Buddy comes with an age-specific reading plan to follow along with our 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting.

We want to help you find a Life Group where you can belong, connect, and grow—whether that’s on-campus Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM or with one of our new off-campus groups meeting Sunday evenings. Space is limited for off-campus groups, so if you’re interested, let us know!

UNITE Night is back on March 16!

Students from eight churches across Cullman County will gather for a powerful night of worship and connection at Desperation Church’s Main Campus. Doors open at 5:00 PM for pizza and games, with worship kicking off at 6:00 PM and wrapping up at 8:00 PM.
