Bring your hurts, both big and small, to the Lord today. Allow His love to minister to those places of pain.

Consider how you might extend His healing touch to others who are hurting around you.

Ask the Lord to help you trust him to bring healing to those painful areas in life and to be more aware and intentional about loving and serving others through their own times of struggles.
